Something big is coming in Manchester

Welcome to Ashburton Point!

From Monday 21st September the Lindab ventilation sales branch and Lindab production site in Manchester will be transferred to a new combined facility at Ashburton Point.

An investment in customer service

The new 65,000 sq ft site will be home to production, warehousing and sales functions which were previously operated from two separate sites on the nearby Central Park Trading Estate.

Investment in this flagship branch demonstrates commitment to improving efficiency and capacity which will ensure customers receive the service levels that you expect as we continue to grow.

A team effort

Many people within the organisation have been involved in the project but in particular we want to thank Andy Allen & the team from Manchester Production; Michelle Jones & the team from the Manchester sales branch; John Mann, Ben Naylor & Lee Doody, who have been heavily involved in the factory and warehouse planning; and Simon Ward, National Operations Manager for commitment to achieving the goals of this project despite the challenging circumstances of 2020.

We have been grateful for the dedication of the contractors that have worked with us, especially IPL Design and Build, Surge Building Services and HTS, for helping us to deliver what we believe to be a modern and well equipped production & sales facility.
