Lindab acquired HAS-Vent Ltd., a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of ventilation products. With production of circular, oval and rectangular ducting and ten UK branches, HAS-Vent strengthens Lindab’s sales and manufacturing presence in one of Europe’s most important markets.
